Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Adult) required in Newton Abbot

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to support a young male client with Motor Neurone Disease in Newton Abbot. This role involves assisting with community outings and providing respite for his wife.

Location: Newton Abbot

Pay: £11 to £21 per hour

Additional benefits include a £50 signing bonus paid within your first weekly pay and a £50 referral bonus for recommending new staff who complete their first week.

Shift: 10:00am to 3:00pm, three times a week

Training: Full training provided, including medication administration via PEG, moving and handling, and person-centred care.

Ideal candidates will have experience in complex home care, PEG feeding, and moving and handling. You will support the client with healthcare tasks, personal care, and medication management, always under the supervision of qualified Nurse Managers.
