Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistant to join our community team in Birmingham and Solihull, delivering holistic, person-centred, end-of-life care and support to individuals within their own residences.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining patients' skin integrity and personal hygiene
• Supporting their nutritional needs
• Ensuring they get adequate rest and sleep
• Assisting with mobility
• Keeping the care environment clean and organised
• Providing essential support in symptom management
