Healthcare Assistant – Ward

Taunton Hospital | Ward | Bank | Part-time | Includes weekend work
Up to £13.00 per hour, depending on experience

As a Healthcare Assistant on the ward at our hospital, you’ll demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions. You have a good telephone manner, and great computer and database skills. You will be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and hold relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.

As a Healthcare Assistant on the ward, you will:

• Put patient care first
• Carry out administrative duties
• Support a team of Registered Nurses and consultants in delivering exceptional patient care, pre and post-surgery
• Enjoy time to get to know our patients
• Meet the needs of every individual
