Healthcare Assistant – Outpatients

As a Healthcare Assistant in Outpatients, you’ll bring relevant experience, attention to detail, and a flexible approach. Patience, focus, and excellent communication skills are essential. You should be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with relevant experience in a hospital or care setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Neurosurgery, Plastics Surgery, ENT, Cardiology, GP Services, Psychiatry, and Physiotherapy
  • Providing personalized patient care
  • Managing activities and priorities
  • Ensuring smooth clinic operations
  • Assisting with procedures like dressings and wound care
