Make a difference to someone's life - join Ward 5 Acute Short Stay Scunthorpe General Hospital as Healthcare Assistant.
Our Healthcare Assistants play a vital role in providing excellent care to our patients and are often a patient's first point of contact. We believe that excellent patient care involves not only skills and knowledge but also softer skills that help patients feel at ease and comfortable during their stay.
Caring experience isn't limited to working in a hospital environment. We recognize that caring can come from various experiences, such as caring for loved ones or holding an NVQ/QCF Level 2 Diploma in Clinical Healthcare Support.
If you can answer yes to the following, a role as a Healthcare Assistant may be right for you!
At NLaG, we do not require formal qualifications initially, as you will be supported to achieve these once in post. What we value is enthusiasm to learn, a desire to help, and alignment with our values.
