Job description

At London North West Hospital NHS Trust, we recognize the value of care and compassion in healthcare and have an exciting opportunity for Healthcare Assistants to join our team, providing excellent care to our patients within the Surgery Division.

With the patient at the centre of all you do, we are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, confident, and experienced Nursing Assistants who can, under supervision, provide the highest standard of care. You will need to be able to prioritise, work under pressure, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Being a member of staff here means treating everyone with respect. It involves working together and embracing change to achieve excellence in every part of the hospital. Most of all, it means taking personal responsibility to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults, and all staff are expected to share this commitment.

You will need to be reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts.

We aim for all our Nursing Assistants to become successful, competent, and confident carers. Therefore, we are committed to the ongoing development of a wide range of skills and knowledge.
