Job description

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team caring for a gentleman in York. Our service user is a proud family man who enjoys pushing himself to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Society. Your role will be to support his independence, attend to his clinical needs, and create a safe, peaceful environment to promote restful sleep.

Please note, our service user has requested female staff to work on their team.

Pay Rates:

  • £15.00 - £20.00 per hour
  • Approx. £135-£144 per 9-hour day shift
  • Approx. £186-£192 per 12-hour night shift

Shifts Available:

  • Part Time days or nights
  • Days: 9am – 6pm
  • Nights: 8pm – 8am
  • 2-3 Shifts per week

Essential Experience:

  • At least 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication administration
  • Personal care
  • Moving and handling
