Job summary

360 Complex Care in Worcester is seeking a Healthcare Assistant who is kind, caring and compassionate, able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver bespoke care for children and adults with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.

You will join a robust team offering supervision, regular training and opportunities to develop within the role; a DBS check is preferred, and experience with non-verbal clients is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care.
• Excellent face-to-face communication with non-verbal clients.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a children and adults support worker in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to support clients and staff.
• Follow client care plans.
• Positively manage challenging situations.
• Work with children or adults with complex needs across day and night shifts.

360 Complex Care is an exciting and alternative provision supporting Children & Adults with complex social, emotional and mental health difficulties using bespoke packages and therapeutic approaches.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working as a team and supporting client/other staff
• Following the care plan subjected to the client
• Positively manage challenging situations appropriately
• Working days and nights with Children or Adults with complex needs

REQUIREMENTS TO WORK WITH US:

• Experience in complex care
• Strong understanding and experience working with complex care
• Strong face to face communication skills with clients who are on-verbal.
• Minimum 12 months experience working as a children and adults support worker in the UK
