Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to clients across hospital wards, community settings, and care homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and mealtime support
  • Observe and report changes in client health and behaviour to the clinical team
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with NHS standards
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to implement effective care plans
  • Uphold dignity, respect, and confidentiality in every aspect of care delivery
Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months UK-based healthcare experience within the last 3 years
  • A valid and up-to-date DBS certificate
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant training and up-to-date immunizations
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable for community roles
