Job Introduction

We are currently seeking experienced healthcare assistants who are ready to hit the ground running in care and nursing home settings. As part of our team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide essential support to vulnerable adults, assisting them with their daily tasks and activities, including personal care.

Main Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will embark on a challenging yet fulfilling role. The following list outlines some of your key responsibilities while on assignment; however, it is not exhaustive:

  • Providing assistance with personal hygiene and dressing
  • Safely aiding residents in their mobility
  • Collaborating with fellow team members in moving and handling tasks
  • Assisting with meal service and supporting individuals with feeding
  • Supporting individuals and groups in engaging with social and physical activities
  • Monitoring the health status of individuals under your care
  • Demonstrating clear and professional communication
  • Providing various levels of assistance with toileting needs
  • Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organisation in all areas
