Job summary

Pin Point Healthcare is seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to join our team across Darlington and Teesside, with duties in care homes and nursing settings. You will deliver person-centred care following individual care plans and maintain accurate records.

We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our team and work across various settings in Teesside and Durham, including Care Homes and Nursing Homes.

Role Overview

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care that respects the dignity and individuality of each service user, following their care plan.
