Overview

Location: Oxsted

Pay: £13.85 per hour

Contract: Long term, with opportunity to become permanent.

Hours: Various shift patterns available

Driving license essential

About the Role

At term time teachers, we are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join a boarding school near Oxsted. In this role, you will support students with physical disabilities and complex medical needs, enabling them to achieve meaningful independence and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students with daily living activities, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and mobility support.
  • Implement and follow care plans to ensure the well-being and safety of students.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies and procedures.
Shift Patterns
  • Pattern 1: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Pattern 2: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM, with Friday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Pattern 3: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with Friday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
About You

  • Committed to upholding the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
  • Must have experience.
  • Must hold DBS or be willing to apply for one.
