We're seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join us in Preston, providing outstanding homecare to multiple service users in the surrounding areas.
Our focus is on delivering complex clinical care, with service users requiring assistance with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management, and PEG Care.
You are not required to have prior skills in clinical interventions, as our highly trained Registered Nurses will provide comprehensive training tailored to each service user's needs.
Applicants should have at least 3 months of care experience, be flexible and adaptable, and possess a genuine passion for positively impacting others' lives.
We offer Full-Time and Part-Time positions, including Waking Night shifts of up to 12 hours.
Our competitive pay rates are:
From £14.50 to £17.50 per hour
Note: The higher rate applies after successful completion of shadowing, paid at £11.50 per hour.
