Job Opportunity: Healthcare Assistants (Weekends Only)

Join Total Care Services Ltd, a trusted Care, Nursing, and Homecare agency based in Merthyr Tydfil, serving South Wales. We are owned by our employees and are seeking caring, experienced individuals to join our Healthcare Assistant team.

Position Details

1. Pay and Benefits:
   • £15.00 per hour including tax-free profit share of up to £3,600 p.a.
   • Weekly pay
   • Membership in our Employee Trust, giving you a share in the business

2. Shift Details:
   • Weekend shifts available: Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights and days
   • Shift lengths: 12 hours (either 7-7 or 8-8)
   • Flexible scheduling based on your preferences
3. Requirements:
   • Caring and compassionate nature with a desire to help others
   • Must be resident in the UK
   • Must have access to reliable transport or be a driver
