Service Care Solutionsare recruiting for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support our client, located in the Peterborough & Cambridgeshire area.

Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for a flexible opportunity in a dynamic clinical setting? We’re currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our Service Team, assisting with Clinics.

Location: Peterborough & Cambridge
Shift Pattern: Primarily Wednesdays and Fridays. Flexibility for short-notice cover is essential (Bank Cover).
Rate: £14.48 LTD p/h (PAYE Options available)
Start Date: ASAP

Your Role Will Include:

• Welcoming and arriving patients into clinic
  
  
• Performing stock checks
  
  
• Setting up and closing down clinics
  
  
• Supporting clinical staff during ENT appointments
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with patients and clinicians (preferably in a clinic setting)
  
  
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
  
  
• Willingness to travel between sites (Peterborough & Cambridge)
  
  
• Good awareness of Infection Prevention & Control (IPC)
  
  
• Confident with IT systems and clinic documentation
