If you have a Practical Moving and Handling Certificate and a passion for improving the quality of life for others, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant:
  1. Assist with personal care – including washing, dressing, and toileting
  2. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  3. Support with safe hoisting and mobility assistance
  4. Help with meal preparation and feeding to ensure nutritional needs are met
  5. Encourage independence and well-being in a respectful and dignified manner
  6. Work as part of a caring and professional team to deliver high-quality care

  • A Practical Moving and Handling Certificate (Essential)
  • Previous experience in hoisting and mobility support
