MPA Healthcare is hiring Healthcare Assistants to support residents in Omagh and surrounding areas. This flexible role offers hourly pay between £12.71 and £30.50, with options for full-time hours or shifts that fit your lifestyle. We provide fast onboarding, NISCC guidance, and ongoing training through our Training Academy.

Your duties include personal care support, meal assistance, mobility help, and promoting wellbeing in a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a care setting.
• Current NISCC registration or willingness to apply.
• Caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training and the required AccessNI checks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while delivering high standards of care.

Responsibilities
