Stratton Mills are recruiting a passionate and caring Health Care Assistant to work full time in a care home in the Oakham area. You will support residents with personal care, companionship and daily activities, in a warm, person-centred environment.

Responsibilities

• Look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the Client using a person-centred approach, including personal care.
• Observe and promote the Client’s choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfilment and other rights.
• Create and maintain good professional relationships with Clients, their Family and Friends.
• Actively support other Care Workers.
• Adhere to regulatory obligations and Caring Hand’s policies and guidelines.
• Follow Care plans accurately and keep records where required.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the care home.

Stratton Mills are recruiting for a passionate and caring Health Care Assistant to work Full time for our client in the Oakland area.

The successful candidate will be working full time in a care home on a permanent basis. You will support residents and add value to their lives through assisting them in their daily activities, be that with; personal care, companionship or general support.

Some experience is preferred however our emphasis is upon gaining new members of staff that truly care for residents, as a positive can-do attitude will greatly benefit the post holder and the residents.
