Job Opportunity: Healthcare Assistant in Nuneaton

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our team in Nuneaton. We are seeking experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, eager to develop their skills in the complex care sector.

You will be passionate about providing high-quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their families, and empowering them to live as independently as possible at home.

Meet Our Service User

Our service user is a creative young lady living in Nuneaton with her family, requiring support with complex care needs on a 1:1 basis during the day. We are looking for bubbly and outgoing individuals to offer companionship, help her access the community, and encourage independence.

She enjoys attending a weekly local group, spending time with friends, baking, arts and crafts, shopping, building Lego, and playing on her PlayStation, iPad, and Switch.

During your shift, you will assist with daily tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and attending to clinical interventions when needed.

Note: A small, friendly dog is present in the home, so comfort around dogs is essential. Additionally, our service user has requested female staff members for her care team.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 months' previous care experience

Shift Details
  • Part-time days
  • 1-2 shifts per week
  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 3pm
Pay Rate

£13.00 per hour, approximately £91.00 per 7-hour shift.
