Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of care experience, strong English communication, and the ability to maintain accurate records. Temporary or temp-to-perm roles available with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience supporting patients in care homes or home care.

Position: Night & Day Shifts Healthcare Worker

Experience

• At least 1 years previous experience in a care home setting.
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English.
• Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with residents and colleagues.
• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation is preferred.
