Here at Care Outlook, we are looking for dedicated Care Assistants to help improve the lives of the vulnerable and elderly in our Extra Care Housing at Foxfields and St Crispin Retirement Village in NORTHAMPTON.

Candidates must be willing to cover both services in Upton when required. We are seeking part-time and full-time staff available for Days or Nights shifts.

We prefer candidates residing in the NN5 postcode but are open to those outside the area if they can commute by car.

As a healthcare assistant, your responsibilities include providing personal care, building relationships, and making a positive impact on those in need, leading to great job satisfaction.

Examples of client needs you will support as a carer:
