Care Outlook is seeking Care Assistants to support residents in Extra Care Housing in Northampton. Roles cover Foxfields and St Crispin Retirement Village with both full-time and part-time hours, including day and night shifts. Applicants living in NN5 or able to drive in are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, and diligent observation and record-keeping. The company offers training, a pension plan, and generous annual leave.

Candidates must be happy to cover both services in Upton when required. We're looking for part-time and full-time staff who can work Days or Nights.

We're interested in candidates who live in the NN5 postcode; however, we're happy to speak to candidates outside of this area if they can drive in.
