Meet our service user:
She is a kind lady in her late 20s, currently in a care setting, transitioning back home to her adapted bungalow in Durham, living with her mum. She enjoys reading, watching TV, gardening, and has pets including dogs, cats, and horses.
She is sociable, and we seek bubbly, outgoing individuals to provide care and companionship day, evening, and night.
Support includes personal care, medication, moving and handling, and clinical interventions. Visits are scheduled throughout the day, with a 12-hour night shift from 7pm to 7am, including sleep-in between 11pm and 6am.
Night shifts involve staying alert, assisting with her bedtime routine, and responding to interventions, including voice-activated assistance via her device.
