TJL Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to support in residential care homes across the Maidstone area. We require someone who can commit to multiple shifts, providing continuity.

Requirements

• DBS - Child and Adult workforce
• 6 months UK paid experience as a Healthcare Assistant within the last 3 years, with references to evidence this
• Proof of right to work in the UK
• CSTF accredited practical training
• This role is ideal for Healthcare Assistants seeking new opportunities, working up to full-time hours on a flexible basis. You can choose your available days, whether early shifts, late shifts, long days, or weekends. We value work-life balance and will accommodate your schedule.
• If on sponsorship, we need to contact your sponsor to confirm, and require your full CoS. Your sponsor must be active on the sponsorship register.

Pay Rate

Rates of pay for Healthcare Assistants range from £13.68 to £18.00 per hour (including holiday pay), with increased rates for some bank holiday shifts.
