We're looking for warm, caring and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join our daytime team at Meadowbrook House.
Care is about so much more than completing tasks, it's about the people, the conversations, the laughter and the little moments that make someone's day. As part of our team, you'll support our residents to live well, stay independent and feel truly at home.
From sharing a cup of tea and a chat, to supporting someone with their daily routine or simply being there when they need reassurance, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference every single day.
You don't need years of experience to join us. Whether you're an experienced Healthcare Assistant or looking to take your first step into a rewarding career in care, we want to hear from people who are kind, patient, reliable and genuinely passionate about supporting older people, including those living with dementia.
The role of a Health Care Assistant is helping our residents to live full, happy, and healthy lives by delivering person-centred care, meaningful activities, support, and companionship. It's a fun, rewarding, and fulfilling role where no day is the same and you'll build genuine relationships and make a real difference each day - helping residents enjoy life and receive the quality care and opportunities they deserve.
We believe in investing in our people through qualifications and mentoring.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to progress to an Enhanced Healthcare Assistant role through our comprehensive training and competency programme. This development pathway will enable you to:
