About the Role:

We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to work full-time day shifts in a supportive residential and nursing care setting in Liverpool. You will play a vital role in supporting residents with:

  • Residential Care

  • Nursing Care

  • Palliative / End-of-Life Care

This is a rewarding role ideal for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

  • Supporting residents with mobility and daily routines

  • Helping at mealtimes and promoting dignity and independence

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions

  • Maintaining accurate records and working as part of a team

Requirements:
  • Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (required)

  • Experience in a care setting (preferred)

  • Kind, patient, and compassionate nature

  • Good communication and team-working skills

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Must be available for full-time day shifts
