Job summary

A domiciliary care provider in Little Marlow is seeking care support workers to assist with personal care, health monitoring, and household duties. Candidates must reside in the UK and have a valid right to work. While previous experience is preferred, training will be offered for new recruits. This role is vital in maintaining the quality of care for all service users.

• Administer personal care including hygiene assistance.
• Support meal planning and preparation.
• Assist with household duties.

• Prepare records of client progress and report changes.

Some of the job duties include:

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and/or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing and ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Essential requirement: You must be resident in the UK and have a valid right to work.
• Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
