Nurses UK is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our compassionate care team across the South West of England. Earn £13.68–£17.18 per hour with time and a half on Bank Holidays, with full- or part-time day and night shifts available.

You will support patients under nurses and multidisciplinary teams, helping with daily living activities and ensuring dignity, comfort, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Care Certificate or willingness to complete relevant training.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in the UK preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver compassionate personal care to patients/service users.
• Assist with daily living activities (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding).
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff.
• Support nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient-centred care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment.
• Accurately document care provided in line with service requirements.
• Promote dignity, independence, and respect in all interactions.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Pay: £13.68-£17.18 per hour plus time and a half on Bank Holidays.
