Infermiera Group are currently looking for care assistants who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for elderly people. We have opportunities for day and night shifts, so if you are flexible you can manage your work/life balance whilst supporting the residents.

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant include:

1. Washing and dressing
2. Support and serving with meals and drinks
3. Interacting and providing emotional support
4. Engaging residents with activities such as arts and crafts, musical evenings, and social occasions
5. Evidencing delivery of care

About you:

We seek an individual who is dedicated, passionate, possessing a positive and proactive attitude. You should have:

1. At least 6 months experience in an elderly care setting
2. Show energy and enthusiasm
3. Ability to work with people and contribute to the wider team
4. Good standard of English to be able to communicate verbally and in writing
5. Organisational skills, self-starter as well as able to work as a team player
