Job description

To work under the guidance and supervision of qualified staff to meet the needs of clients in their own homes. The role may also involve providing care to clients in other primary healthcare settings. Calderdale offers a 24-hour district nursing service, and this position supports that service.

The post is for an out-of-hours healthcare assistant working between 18:00 and 08:00 (shift dependent), totaling 36 hours per week.
