We are seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant - HCA, to provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in various care settings such as Home Care.

Shifts : Term Time
• Monday–Friday: 15:45–20:00
• Monday–Friday Nights: 20:00–08:00

Weekends
• Day Shifts: 08:00–20:00
• Night Shifts: 20:00–08:00

School Holidays
• 7 Days/Week:
• Day: 08:00–20:00
• Night: 20:00–08:00

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily tasks including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administer medication following prescribed schedules
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care
Skills Required:
• Experience in Rett Syndrome
• Confident in suctioning, NG tube care, and manual handling
• Able to follow clinical protocols with accuracy
• Calm and responsive in managing risk
• Scoliosis
• Airway & Secretion Management
• Deep Suctioning
• Use of Nebulisers and supporting daily respiratory care
• Seizure Awareness
• Repositioning and pressure area care
• Experience with young adults that are Non Verbal and have a learning disability
