A leading community health provider in Gravesend seeks a Healthcare Assistant to deliver nursing care in patients' homes. You will be based at Gravesham Community Hospital, Gravesham, as part of our community nursing team who provide care to people in their own homes or within a clinic setting.
We empower our staff to work autonomously and flexibly by providing state-of-the-art tablets, enabling them to check in from home, write notes on the go, and avoid being confined to an office, fostering a true community work environment.
As this is a community-based role, you will need a UK driving licence and access to a car.

This role offers an opportunity to utilize your NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification/experience. Strong communication, organisation skills, and a flexible approach will help you deliver positive patient experiences throughout their healthcare journey.
You must be able to travel across the area promptly, so a UK driving licence and access to a car are required. Confidence in IT systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) are also necessary.
