TJL Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to support in residential care homes across the Faversham area. We require someone who can commit to multiple shifts to provide continuity.

Requirements

• DBS - Child and Adult workforce
• 6 months UK paid experience as a Healthcare Assistant within the last 3 years, with references required to verify this
• Proof of right to work in the UK
• CSTF accredited practical training (Only)
• This role is ideal for Healthcare Assistants seeking new opportunities, working up to full-time hours on a flexible basis. You can choose your available days, whether early shifts, late shifts, long days, or weekends. We prioritize work-life balance and work around your availability.
• If on sponsorship, we will need to contact your sponsor to confirm. We also require your full CoS, and your sponsor must be active on the sponsorship register.

Pay Rates

Rates for Healthcare Assistants range from £13.68 to £18.00 per hour (including holiday pay), with additional pay for some bank holiday shifts.
