Job Advertisement: Healthcare Assistant


Location: Northampton

Position: Care Assistant (Days and Nights)


Details:


Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Bookings: Bookings are given a week in advance


Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in a healthcare setting within UK
  2. Ability to work effectively within a team
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
  5. Mandatory training completed
  6. A valid and in-date DBS

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity
