WEEKEND SHIFT - NEW OPPORTUNITIES

Currently seeking passionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing teams to work weekend shifts at our home in East Sussex. The role requires working Saturdays and Sundays each week.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in resident well-being while leading and motivating a dedicated care team.

Role requirements:

  • Deliver exceptional resident care: In accordance with current best practices, ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well-being according to care plans, policies, procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations, under the management of the Manager.
  • Assist with daily living activities: Including meals, personal care, medication, cleaning, assisting with dressing, bathing, and social interaction.
  • Communicating and collaborating: Liaise with residents, families, and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining accurate resident records.
  • Safety first: Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
  • A team player who thrives in collaboration and manages multiple priorities.
  • Must be an organised individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills with critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified and experienced Carer with a minimum of 2 years in a care setting.
  • NVQ in Health & Social Care is desired; comprehensive training and support are provided.
