About

TJL Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to support in residential care homes across the Deal area. We require someone who can commit to multiple shifts to provide continuity.

Please note that all the following requirements are necessary to proceed with your application. TJL Healthcare does not offer sponsorships.

Requirements

• DBS - Child and Adult workforce
• 6 months UK paid experience as a Healthcare Assistant within the last 3 years, with references to verify this
• Proof of right to work in the UK
• CSTF accredited practical training only
• This role is ideal for Healthcare Assistants seeking new opportunities, offering up to full-time hours on a flexible basis. You can choose your available days, including early shifts, late shifts, long days, or weekends, to suit your lifestyle.
• If on sponsorship, we are required to contact your sponsor to confirm your status. We also need your full CoS, and your sponsor must be active on the sponsorship register.

Pay Rates

Rates range from £13.68 to £18.00 per hour (including holiday pay), with additional pay for some bank holiday shifts.
