Requirements

• You must be available to work one shift every other weekend
• Full UK Driving license and access to own car
• A right to work in the UK
• You don’t need to have previous experience in care work, but if you do, we offer fast-track induction training for those who qualify. T’s and C’s apply

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the direct care of all aspects of a client’s assessed needs, including personal care, nutrition, mobility, and emotional support
• Complete any training provided
• Carefully read and follow care plans and visit details, which are reviewed on an app
• Accurately and honestly complete reports
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, providing social and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and use of equipment such as hoists and standing aids
• Communicate effectively with office staff regarding attendance, travel, and responsibilities

Pay

• Salary from £13.20 to £13.75 per hour, including discretionary bonus
• Paid holidays
