Role Description

This position can be part-time or full-time and involves visiting clients as a domiciliary Healthcare Assistant in Chelmsford and nearby villages. Responsibilities include manual handling, providing interpersonal support, patient care, assistance with medication, mobility, general wellbeing, and health & safety.

Qualifications

We are willing to provide training to candidates who demonstrate the necessary competencies to be a good carer, even if they do not have all the listed qualifications:

• Manual Handling and Health & Safety skills
• Interpersonal Skills and Patient Care experience
• Knowledge of basic medical practices
• Excellent communication and observational skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Previous experience in healthcare is advantageous
• Completion of relevant healthcare courses or certifications
• Must have a car and a valid driving license
