Pilgrims Hospices in Canterbury is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our busy ward and multidisciplinary team. You will support the Nursing team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a safe, respectful environment.
The role includes assisting with personal care, meals, and daily tasks, maintaining accurate records, and following care plans. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, is required, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive team
We are seeking well-motivated and forward thinking Healthcare Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team, in supporting patients at our Canterbury Hospice.
The successful candidate will join a busy and dynamic ward where they will be assisting the Nursing team in ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care in a safe and pleasant environment.
We are recruiting for both full and part time positions. As our wards operate on a shift working basis, candidates need a flexible approach to working hours, including the ability to work nights and weekends.
