Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join the team at Extra Care Scheme, New Larchwood in Coldean, Brighton. You will provide personal care, build relationships, and support residents to live independently with dignity.

This role offers day shifts, with weekend and night shifts paid at £13 per hour, and full or part-time options. Full training is provided to ensure confident, high-quality care from day one.

Qualifications

• Authorised to work in the UK – sponsorship not available.
• Full and Part time positions available, mainly day shifts.
• Excellent training provided to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents (washing, toileting, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with light housekeeping and daily activities.
• Observe, monitor and record residents' needs and conditions.

Day staff required, with flexibility to cover night shifts when needed.

As a healthcare assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, andmaking a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Here at Care Outlook, we offer our Care Assistants the following:

• £13.00 - Weekends and Nights

• Excellent Training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development
• 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
• 4 weekly payroll
• Full time and Part time available!

Shifts Required:

Full and Part time available. This role is mainly day shifts.

• 07:00 to 14:00
• 14:00 to 22:00
• Every other Saturday and Sunday is mandatory for all staff

You will also need to be able to cover the odd night shift (22:00 to 07:00) when needed. Nights are paid at £13.00 per hour.

Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting with as a carer:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
