Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join specialist care services for adults with dementia, mental health conditions, complex physical health needs, cognitive impairment and challenging behaviours.

You will provide person-centred care and support with everyday activities such as personal care, mobility, nutrition and social activities, while helping residents maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience with dementia, mental health or complex care needs is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a caring disposition are essential.
• Reliable, compassionate and patient individuals are sought to support residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, nutrition and social activities.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing, building positive and trusting relationships.
• Work closely with Nurses and the wider care team, following individual care plans and reporting changes in residents' health or wellbeing.
