Chronic Disease Reviews

Venepuncture.

Undertaking ECGs.

About us

You would be working as part of a nursing team. You will be one of 3 nurses and 3 HCA, working as part of the bigger supportive practice team that consists of GP's, Pharmacist, Physio, MH worker, Social Prescribers and our admin/reception team.

We currently have 11,550 patient's and work from a purpose-built modern GP practice located in Blaydon town centre.

We are part of a PCN team and work closely with 3 other practices.

Job responsibilities

To provide nursing support to the Nursing Team and General Practitioners to ensure the efficient and effective provision of the full range of nursing services to the patients of the practice.
