JAYCO Recruitment is assisting a valued client in the Northumberland area to recruit a full-time, permanent Healthcare Assistant. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports dignity, independence and quality of life for service users.

The role offers £12.71 per hour, stable employment and the chance to build a long-term career in care with ongoing support from our recruitment team and a strong commitment to safeguarding and compassionate practice.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant is preferred but not essential, depending on client requirements.
• You should be caring, compassionate and genuinely passionate about helping others.
• You should be reliable, patient, understanding and respectful.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a full-time, permanent Healthcare Assistant position in the Northumberland area.

The Role
