We are currently recruiting Health Care Assistants / Support Workers to provide care for clients with complex needs in their own homes. Immediate start is available, pending references, DBS checks, and completion of training. Simplified Staffing Southampton seeks a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of our clients.

Duties
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Follow individual care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the office.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and any incidents that occur during care.
  • Drive to clients' homes as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled visits.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.
