Job summary

Architecture Social Limited, London-based, seeks an Architect to join its healthcare team. The role focuses on technical delivery from RIBA Stage 3 to completion, coordinating complex projects with clients, clinicians, consultants and contractors.

You will develop technical packages, production of coordinated Revit models, and ensure design interfaces are resolved. The practice offers an employee-owned culture with long-term career opportunities.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect.
• Experience working in a UK architectural practice.
• Strong technical and detailing skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare projects across RIBA Stages 3 to 5 and into construction.
• Develop technical packages, construction details and specifications.
• Produce coordinated Revit models and drawing packages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and resolve design interfaces.
• Work with clients and clinical users to meet complex functional requirements.
• Attend design team meetings, workshops and site visits.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio.
