Healthcare Architect role in a growing practice in Central Manchester

This established team has extensive experience in designing and delivering healthcare projects of all sizes, from specialist clinics to large-scale hospitals. This role is ideal for an architect passionate about making a difference.

We are seeking a Healthcare Architect with hands-on experience in designing hospitals, clinics, and related healthcare facilities. Our team focuses on creating spaces that enhance users' lives while maintaining aesthetic appeal. As an AJ100 practice with 6 UK offices, there are ample opportunities for growth.

Please note: Our client is flexible with this role; senior architects with similar healthcare experience are encouraged to apply, and salary will be commensurate.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Work through all RIBA stages from concept to completion
  • Prepare and develop drawings, models, images, and other design documents
  • Produce detailed technical construction information
  • Liaise with clients and demonstrate clinical engagement skills
  • Report to Seniors and Directors
Required Skills & Experience
  • Part III qualified architect
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Healthcare experience is essential
  • Experience across all RIBA stages
  • Confident in client and contractor-facing responsibilities
  • Knowledge of UK planning and construction regulations
