Healthcare Advisory Solicitor

Leeds – £50,000 - £58,000

A Top Tier, defendant law firm with a leading national healthcare team is currently seeking a Healthcare Advisory Solicitor to join their team in Leeds.

The advisory division assists health and social care clients across a wide range of issues. This role involves advising on the following areas:

  1. Litigation, including Court of Protection, judicial review, and mental health tribunal matters
  2. Inquests – case preparation and advocacy
  3. Public law, advising commissioning and service provider organisations on governance, powers, responsibilities, funding, and treatment decision-making
  4. Mental Health and Mental Capacity law, including Deprivation of Liberty, funding, and treatment decisions
  5. Governance and patient safety investigations and inquiries
  6. CQC and Healthcare regulation
  7. Information law

You will work alongside supportive and experienced colleagues, providing the best environment to expand your knowledge across a broad spectrum of advisory issues.

The successful candidate should be an advisory solicitor, preferably with experience in a leading healthcare law practice, demonstrating relevant expertise.
