Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Healthcare Advisory team to lead healthcare consulting engagements across public and private sectors. You will manage scope, timelines and budgets while collaborating with healthcare consultants and client stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

The role includes business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates with clinical backgrounds are welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage healthcare consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of healthcare projects for clients.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
• Develop reports, presentations and client-ready deliverables.
• Support business development and tender activities.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Stay updated on healthcare sector trends and regulatory changes.
• Ensure projects stay within scope, time, and budget.
