What you will do
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow selected specialty lines, working closely with key influencers including GPs and local businesses.
  • Partner with consultants and referrers to support the hospital growth plan and develop targeted growth referral strategies.
  • Collaborate with Nuffield multi-disciplinary teams to create bespoke solutions for corporate clients as part of specialty growth.
  • Provide innovative solutions for GPs and build brand loyalty among key audiences.
  • Utilise effective marketing and event planning skills to position the hospital as a leader in CPD education.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders using CRM systems and report on activities to the Director of Operations.
Requirements
  • Essential:
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Effective team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
  • Desirable:
  • Previous experience in a private hospital setting.
  • Understanding of the private healthcare sector and ability to engage with senior healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
