Job description

We are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our Infrastructure team in Leavesden.

What you'll do:

  • Support on the planning, implementation, monitoring and completion of projects related to the improvement of occupational health risks and wellbeing management within Skanska as directed by the operating unit needs.
  • Support the delivery of the Health Surveillance Plan working collaboratively with HR, employees and line managers to deliver a supportive customer-focussed service.
  • Provide occupational health & wellbeing advice for the operating unit including functions such as HR.
  • Collaborating with the central Skanska Occupational health & wellbeing function and cascading key messaging back to the operating unit.
  • Upskill and support the HSW team on conducting occupational hygiene monitoring.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Level 5 Health & Wellbeing Qualification or suitable relevant experience.
  • Mental Health training background or willing to be trained.
  • Project management skills and solution focussed.
  • Collaborative work ethic.
